The best offer list price for the boat only (and not the business) is based on the boat relocating from the Atlantic Highlands / Highlands / Bayshore / Two Rivers area, Including Keyport and Perth Amboy. There will be a 1 year no compete clause. If the boat stays in the area as described above there will be a $60,000. surcharge added to the sale price.
