The best offer list price for the boat or boats only (and not the business) is based on the boat or boats relocating from the Atlantic Highlands / Highlands / Bayshore / Two Rivers area, Including Keyport and Perth Amboy. There will be a 1 year no compete clause. If the boat or boats stay in the area as described above there will be a $75,000. Surcharge for the Navesink Queen and a $50,000. surcharge for the Mariner. Also If you do not buy the business and keep the boats in the current market the name or names of the boat or boats must be changed.
