The best offer list price for the boat or boats only (and not the business) is based on the boat or boats relocating from the Atlantic Highlands / Highlands / Bayshore / Two Rivers area, Including Keyport and Perth Amboy. There will be a 1 year no compete clause. If the boat or boats stay in the area as described above there will be a surcharge added to the sale price.
